Audits... examination or opportunity for improvement?

When we hear the word "audit" we all shudder. After many years and many audits, be it certification, customer or whatever, the concept of audit becomes part of our daily work.

We have the image of the person who comes to examine, control and even sanction us. But over the years and having met many auditors, audits feel differently. Like everything else, it depends on the people involved, but they are still outside eyes that come into your company and give you a different vision.

They help you to improve and open your mind to other possibilities that you may not be aware of.

Nowadays, the concept is changing on both sides, auditor and auditee, and it is starting to become a culture in our organisations.
